Work of Richmond chemist highlighted in cover story
The cover story in the Aug. 13, 2007 issue of Chemical & Engineering News describes current research at the cutting edge of theoretical and computational chemistry. The article is on work conducted collaboratively with Edyta Brzostowska and Roald Hoffmann of Cornell University, specifically the design of organometallic enediynes that possess very low barriers for undergoing Bergman cyclization.
