UR National Debate Institute donates files to NDCA Evidence Project
The University of Richmond National Debate Institute has donated a series of files to the National Debate Coaches Association (NDCA) Evidence Project.
The Evidence Project invites college and university debate programs to make some of the files from their summer workshops available at no cost to the high school debate community.
The service is particularly valuable to high school debaters who do not have the benefit of debate coaching staff or the resources to attend debate workshops. The project provides these students with high quality evidence in an attempt to minimize the resource gap between well-funded high school programs and those without funding.
The University of Richmond National Debate Institute has participated in the project for the last two years. In addition, UR debaters send some of their files to a database called Debate Central, which partners with the National Center for Policy Analysis.
