The Faculty Research Committee (FRC) provides “recommendations for financial support for the research and creative activities of full-time, tenure stream faculty.” The committee supports faculty through annual grants for research and travel, which allows for the pursuit of innovation and creative expression.
The ICPC consists of eight programming challenges that teams of three students each must attempt to solve quickly and correctly within five hours. The puzzles require a combination of computer science knowledge, sustained focus, and creativity.
Stevens has worked at the Robins School since 1987, and has devoted his time here to bringing finance research into the forefront of academia.
