Students meet to practice Spanish through conversation

Students interested in practicing conversational Spanish have the choice of joining two groups that are meeting weekly this semester. The Spanish Tertulia groups is for students at all levels to practice in a relaxed setting with other students and at least one Spanish professor. The group's first meeting will be on Friday, October 3rd in the Pier at 11:20.

The Intercambios program pairs intermediate and advanced Spanish students with native or near-native Spanish speakers. Students meet as often as they like (preferably once a week for an hour) to practice thier conversational Spanish and English.

Those interested in participating in either program can contact Virginia Talley at vtalley@richmond.edu.
