July 23, 2012

The Fall 2012 edition of Think Again, the schedule of noncredit personal enrichment and professional development courses, is now available online. The schedule also includes late July and August courses.

This schedules features a new program from the Center for Culinary Arts: the Food Service Management professional certificate. The program continues the Center’s tradition of flexible schedules, encouraging students to try our some of the classes before committing to the certificate program.

The Food Service Management certificate is designed for those interested in honing their food service management skills—whether you’re already in the business, looking to start a food service establishment, or simply interested in exploring the possibility.

The schedule continues to feature new ideas from the Environmental Stewardship and Sustainable Design program, certificate institutes through the Institute on Philanthropy, language courses and programs for personal enrichment, and online professional development courses and certifications.

Visit the schedule online, or visit any of the personal enrichment or professional development topic pages to view course schedules and to register online.

Registration is now open for classes starting through August 31. Registration for most fall courses (starting September 1 or later) will begin on August 1.
