Travelers to Richmond International Airport have only three taxi companies to choose from when catching a ride home or to a downtown office.
But those cabs are new and carefully maintained, changes that officials believe should improve the airport experience.
"It's something we've kept a close eye on. It's been gradual improvement," airport spokesman Troy Bell said.
