Scott Bray, director of instructional technology, earns doctorate with successful dissertation defense

Scott E. Bray, director of instructional technology in the Teacher Licensure Preparation program, successfully defended his doctoral dissertation to complete the requirements for the Doctor of Education degree from the University of Virginia.

Bray—soon to be Dr. Bray—defended his dissertation titled “The Effects of Teacher Education Experience on Preservice Teachers’ Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge.”

The Ed.D. degree will be conferred at the December 2012 commencement ceremony at the University of Virginia.
