Summer School 2016 class schedule now available online; registration opens March 15

March 1, 2016

The 2016 UR Summer School schedule of classes is now available online, and registration opens for new and continuing students in BannerWeb on March 15, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.

Summer School at the University of Richmond is open to new and continuing undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Professional & Continuing Studies (SPCS) in addition to continuing undergraduate students from the School of Arts & Science, the Jepson School of Leadership Studies and the Robins School of Business.

Summer School also welcomes non-UR students in and around the Richmond area taking summer classes in transfer to their home colleges. And select high school students may also be eligible to take select 100-level and 200-level undergraduate classes.

Summer School offers convenient 5-week, 6-week and 8-week terms that enable students to focus on a single class for a concentrated period — and then enjoy the rest of summer! And for those seeking to get ahead during the summer, we offer two consecutive (but not overlapping) 5-week or 6-week terms to enable students to easily finish two summer classes before the first of August.

We also offer a growing number of online and in-class/online hybrid classes — select the Online or Hybrid categories in the search interface to view these courses. Online classes enable UR students to pick up general education courses while at home or traveling throughout the summer.

Terms begin as early as May 9 (the Monday after Commencement) and as late as June 20. All terms end by July 30.

Visit the Summer School schedule and prepare your list of courses for registration, which opens for continuing students in BannerWeb on March 15 at 9 a.m.
