Looking for bargains? Some Macy’s stores have Last Act and Backstage areas where shoppers can find clearance and discounted items.
Macy’s is testing new concepts and is changing to stay competitive, said Karen M. Hoguet, the company’s chief financial officer, who spoke Thursday at the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business.
