Kyle Lauletta on using his Jepson education on the football field

Bleacher Report article examines how University of Richmond Quarterback Kyle Lauletta's leadership studies education "sounds like the ultimate off-field training for an NFL quarterback prospect" and sets Lauletta apart from other quarterbacks going into the 2018 NFL draft.

Lauletta comments that, at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, he's learned that the best leaders do not have one leadership style; instead they craft their message to inspire the specific group that they are leading.

"I told teams I don't have one particular style," Lauletta said. "I'm gonna change the way I handle these people based on what motivates them and who they are."
