Kyle Lauletta talks about Jepson and leading a team

University of Richmond quarterback Kyle Lauletta shares how he intends to use his Jepson education to lead an NFL team in an interview with CBS Local Sports. The article is part of the CBS Local Sports' "My Life As" series, which tells the background stories of the 2018 NFL draft prospects.

"Studying in the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at Richmond really helped me to learn how to be a leader in any situation," says Lauletta. "Not everybody can be led by the same leadership style and I’ve learned to tailor my style to what each person needs."
