Ellen Osborne, GC'18, receives award for best master's paper at Leading Change conference

Ellen Osborne, GC'18, received the award for Best Master's Paper at the 2019 Leading Change Inaugural Conference: Interdisciplinary Perspectives in Leadership Studies in Harrisonburg, Va. She earned the award for her paper “An Exploratory Evaluation of Volunteer Satisfaction at Literacy Volunteers of Charlottesville/Albermarle” during the conference awards ceremony on Friday, February 22.

Osborne earned a Master of Nonprofit Studies degree at the University of Richmond School of Professional & Continuing Studies while working as Executive Director of Literacy Volunteers of Charlottesville/Albemarle.
