The University of Richmond’s Paralegal Studies program has been named the top paralegal program in Richmond for the third consecutive year, according to the Virginia Lawyers Weekly annual Reader Rankings for 2019.

University of Richmond’s Partners in the Arts offered two courses August 12-16 for local educators, both part of the Arts Integrated Learning Certificate (AILC) project in partnership with Richmond Public Schools and supported by a US Department of Education grant.

Partners in the Arts hosted New York Times bestselling author Josh Malerman on campus for a four-day storytelling workshop aimed at writers and educators. Local artists, university faculty as well as Malerman himself coached educators on crafting lesson plans that present content in a more engaging, digital story format.
