What impact will key foreign policy issues have on the 2008 U.S. presidential election? What are the most important similarities and differences among the leading candidates on key foreign policy and national security issues? What are the probable courses of action that Obama or McCain, respectively, will take, if either becomes the next U.S. president? Who may join their foreign policy team?
Two foreign policy experts who have advised the leading Democratic and Republican presidential candidates will discuss these issues at a panel, “Foreign Policy and 2008 U.S. Presidential Election,” on Thursday, April 3 at 7:00 p.m. in Jepson Hall.
