Career Development Center hires business development director

Megan Wallace has joined the University of Richmond as director of business development in the Office of Alumni and Career Services.

Wallace manages recruiting relationships with employers and leads a comprehensive strategic employer development and stewardship plan. She also serves as a key leader in setting metrics for outcomes, program assessment, documentation and evaluation.

Wallace was assistant director of career development at Wake Forest University School of Business. She previously was an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton and the account director of member services for Corporate Executive Board.

Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer information systems, from James Madison University and a master’s degree in education and human development with a concentration in student affairs from The George Washington University.
