Police accreditation assessment team invites comment
A team of assessors from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA®) will arrive March 28 to examine all aspects of the University of Richmond Police Department’s policies and procedures, management, operations and support services.

William H. Goodwin Jr., retired chairman and president of CCA Industries, to be C-Suite Conversation guest March 26
The University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business will host William H. Goodwin Jr., retired chairman and president of CCA Industries, in the final C-Suite Conversation of the spring semester. The program will be held March 26, 8 a.m., in Queally Hall, Ukrop Auditorium. It is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
University of Richmond professor Joe Troncale selected for prestigious fellowship in Russia
Joe Troncale, associate professor of Russian, will travel to St. Petersburg in May for the Fellowships in Russia program. Troncale is one of 11 fellowship recipients from an applicant pool of 170 people from 45 countries.

Ronald A. Crutcher named 10th president of University of Richmond
The Board of Trustees of the University of Richmond has elected Ronald Andrew Crutcher – a national leader in higher education, a distinguished classical musician, and an accomplished administrator – as the institution’s 10th president. Crutcher will take office on July 1.
