The Department of Rhetoric and Communication Studies is pleased to host Dr. James Jasinski, associate professor of communication studies at the University of Puget Sound. Dr. Jasinski will discuss "Arguing Race Relations: From Whipper v. “Sidney” to Parents Involved in Community Schools v. Seattle School District." His scholarship focuses on the confluence of rhetoric, race, and the law.
