SCS launches professional series in entrepreneurship

The School of Continuing Studies has launched the Professional Series in Entrepreneurship, a series of courses intended for current and potential entrepreneurs in the Richmond metropolitan area.

Courses in the series cover topics essential to marketing and managing entrepreneurial enterprises in business, the arts, technology and the non-profit sector. The series places special emphasis on business organization, establishing customer value propositions, developing services and creating a marketing plan.

Registration is open to degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking students alike.

The series requires successful completion four of seven courses, the first of which must be Selected Topics in Entrepreneurship. Students who complete four courses in the series will receive a certificate of completion.
