Professor Strait to present paper on developing immigration policy at international conference

Patricia StraitDr. Patricia Strait, chair of the Human Resource Management program at the School of Continuing Studies, will present a paper at the Fifth Annual International Conference on Interdisciplinary Social Sciences in August 2010.

Strait's paper, titled “When Societies Collide: Toward an Immigration Model for the 21st Century,” explores the way in which we obtain information regarding immigration and identifies four key stakeholders who should have an active role in a new immigration model for 21st Century.

The International Conference will be held at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom August 2-5, 2010.
