Oliver Hill Jr. joined Margaret Edds, author and former political journalist, and John Moeser, senior fellow of the Bonner Center for Civic Engagement, for a discussion on the history of racial segregation and poverty in Richmond. The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute event was titled “Racial Segregation: Then and Now.”
