Williamson opines on solving Richmond's poverty problem (Style Weekly)

Thad Williamson, associate professor of leadership studies and a member of Richmond’s anti-poverty commission, writes on what the city can do to reduce poverty and the need for effective urban leadership.

Williamson’s research focuses on urban politics and community economic development. He is currently working on a book with Amy Howard, executive director of the University of Richmond’s Bonner Center for Civic Engagement, about power and policy in the region.
