Optimism about sales and hiring remained high among CEOs in central Virginia in the third quarter, according to a recent survey.

The third-quarter CEO economic outlook survey, conducted in late September and early October by the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business and the Virginia Council of CEOs, measured executive views on projected hiring, capital spending and sales over the next six months.
