Brooke Fazio, ’21 and GC’22, has been named to the Atlantic 10 Women’s Track & Field All-Academic Team.

Fazio recently graduated from SPCS with a Master of Liberal Arts degree where she held a cumulative GPA of 3.91 and ended the term with a 4.0.

Over the course of her decorated five-year career, the Basking Ridge, N.J. native earned 17 Atlantic 10 championships medals with 15 of them being gold. The best 800m runner in the history of the A-10, she holds both the indoor and outdoor conference records and ended her collegiate career having not lost in Atlantic 10 individual or relay competition since 2019.

The three-time All-American in the 800m run qualified for the NCAA championships twice indoors and three times outdoors. Her crowning achievement came in 2021 when she finished eighth at the outdoor championships. She has also been named an ECAC champion four times and holds the indoor 800m record.

Fazio earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Richmond in 2021. She enrolled in the Master of Liberal Arts degree and competed for a fifth year in Women’s Track & Field as a result of COVID-related NCAA eligibility extension.
