Sixteen students from the School of Professional & Continuing Studies (SPCS) will travel to Seville, Spain for spring break. The trip is part of an interdisciplinary class titled “Spain’s Cultural Crossroads: Immigration, Labor Markets and Leadership.”
The Board of Trustees of the University of Richmond has elected Ronald Andrew Crutcher – a national leader in higher education, a distinguished classical musician, and an accomplished administrator – as the institution’s 10th president. Crutcher will take office on July 1.

University of Richmond’s Food Access Coalition will host the fourth annual Stop Hunger Now meal packaging event Feb. 21 from 2-4 p.m. in Tyler Haynes Commons, Alice Haynes Room. The group is working to package more than 12,000 meals this year for people in need.

The University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business and Jepson School of Leadership Studies will host Gary B. Moore, president and COO of Cisco, as the next Robins Executive Speaker Series guest. Moore will share insights into his more than 40-year-long career as a global technology leader during an event on Feb. 19, 6-7 p.m. in Queally Hall, Ukrop Auditorium.
