September 10, 2012

The School of Professional and Continuing Studies Student Government Association (SGA) will celebrate the School’s Fiftieth Anniversary Open House by providing pre-class snacks in several campus buildings on Monday, September 17, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

SGA representatives will distribute snacks at tables set up in the following locations:

  • Robins School of Business – Robbins Tower
  • Jepson Hall – Outside Dean’s Conference Room
  • Law School – Law Atrium
  • Ryland Hall – Under covered porch between 210-216
  • Weinstein Hall – Outside the Brown Alley Room

Look for the SPCS Fiftieth Anniversary tables to get your free snack.

Snacks for SPCS students are being provided to extend the School’s Open House event into the classroom. The School’s Open House is being held the same day, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Special Programs Building. The School’s Open House commemorates the start of classes fifty years ago, on Monday, September 17, 1962.

This event is one of several being held during SPCS Week, September 17-22, 2012, and one among over fifty free events being held during the School’s anniversary year, 2012-2013.
