J. Buckley Warden IV, L‘08, adjunct assistant professor of paralegal studies in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies, has published an article on contract law in the October 15 issue of Virginia Lawyers Weekly.

Warden’s article, “The Duty of Good Faith and Fair Dealing Should be Revised,” proposes the General Assembly provide a “simpler enunciation of the duty [of good faith]” that would “bring clarity to the existing fog of litigation” surrounding the duty of good faith.

Warden is a 2008 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law and practices law at DurretteCrump in Richmond.
