Graduate Curriculum & Instruction student presents on differentiated instruction to Teacher Licensure Preparation students

Melissa Jenkins, a graduate student in Curriculum and Instruction and an experienced classroom teacher, provided a dynamic presentation to Teacher Licensure Preparation (TLP) students in their EDUC 518U Diverse Learners class in October 2016.  She focused on the importance of having a growth mindset and highlighted research from Dr. Carol Dweck, a leading researcher on motivation and Professor of Psychology at Stanford University. Her presentation provided information to TLP students on differentiation and a multitude of differentiation strategies.
