Dr. Javier Hidalgo, Associate Professor of Leadership Studies in the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, will speak on "Unjust Borders: Individuals and the Ethics of Immigration," on Tuesday, September 17, 12 noon - 12:45 p.m. in the Collaborative Study Area of Boatwright Library.
