Winter Visit Week to focus on academics; prospective students can talk with faculty and current students

University of Richmond will host academic department-oriented campus visits during “Winter Visit Week,” Feb. 18 – 22, a time when many prospective families visit college campuses for the first time.

General information sessions, which include a tour of campus, will take place each day at 9:45 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. This year, starting at 12:30 p.m., each day will highlight a different academic area, and families will be able to speak with faculty and students from departments in those areas.

Academic areas highlighted will be: Feb. 18, humanities and social sciences; Feb. 19, Robins School of Business; Feb. 20, Jepson School of Leadership Studies; Feb. 21, natural sciences, math and computer science; and Feb. 22, fine arts (music, theater, art and dance).
