“Poets&Quants for Undergrads,” a leading online publication for undergraduate business education news, unveiled its second annual Best Undergraduate Business Schools 2017 rankings. University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business ranked 21, moving up six places.

The ranking is based on a representative survey of more than 6,000 recent graduates and school-reported data. Students across 82 schools were surveyed on aspects of admissions standards, academic experience and employment placement.

“The University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business continues to attract great students and provide them with a rigorous and well-rounded education in business, economics and the liberal arts,” said Nancy Bagranoff, dean of the Robins School. “We prepare our students, through curricular and extra-curricular programs, to succeed and lead in the career of their choice.”

Alums were asked several questions, including whether they would recommend the business program to a close friend or colleague. UR alums gave the Robins School an A. They also gave the school an A for how well the program prepared them for the world of work.
