"Cultural Connections" Series Featured in The Collegian

The library's new "Cultural Connections" Series is featured in the November 17 issue of The Collegian, the University of Richmond's student newspaper. The series is an effort to bring the campus community up to speed on various cultural topics.  Every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., in the Boatwright Computer Classroom, three UR faculty or staff give ten-minute talks about ideas, events, and people that we all wish we knew more about.  Each weekly session is loosely organized around a single theme, and each presenter interprets the theme in his or her own way, so unexpected connections are bound to occur.  The spring semester schedule for "Cultural Connections" will be announced soon.
