Rebecca Crootof

Rebecca Crootof is an associate professor of law. Her primary areas of research include technology law, international law, and torts; her written work explores the law and technology, often in light of social changes sparked by increasingly autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, cyberoperations, robotics, and the Internet of Things. 

Crootof is a member of the Artificial Intelligence Governance Forum, which convenes stakeholders from government, industry, and academia to better understand the risks and opportunities of AI and together develop solutions to harness AI’s potential.
