Chief executive officers in central Virginia are more optimistic, according to a first-quarter CEO Economic Outlook survey by the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business and the Virginia Council of CEOs.
But they still don't feel as good about the economy as they did in the first three months of 2012, according to the data.
