International Film: Miele (aka Honey)

The International Film Series opens its Fall 2014 season on Friday, September 12, with Miele (aka Honey), a 2013 Italian film directed by Valeria Golino.  The story focuses on an Italian woman, who works under the code name Honey, specializes in assisted suicides for the terminally ill. She experiences an acute crisis of conscience after learning that her latest client, an aged man, has manipulated her. They are unwillingly locked in an intense relationship, which will change her life forever.
