Senior associate dean named Vice President/President-Elect on Enrichmond board

Dr. Patricia J. Brown, senior associate dean in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies, has been elected Vice President/President-Elect on Enrichmond’s 2013 Board of Directors.

Brown is a founding member of Enrichmond Foundation, which she helped establish in 1991. The Enrichmond Foundation is an “umbrella” non-profit organization for many volunteer groups and special initiatives in the City of Richmond. Partners include community based groups whose primary interest is to maintain, restore, preserve or improve Richmond’s public recreation resources.

Among many other projects, Enrichmond recently sponsored Richmond’s 20th Earth Day Festival at 17th Street Farmers’ Market. Brown represented SPCS at its sponsorship booth at the Festival on April 20.
