September 23, 2015
On Thursday, October 1, Boatwright Library will host a presentation and workshop for faculty on the activities of the Center for Open Science, a non-profit organization based in Charlottesville with a mission to “increase the openness, integrity, and reproducibility of quantitative/scientific research.” Brian Nosek (Psychology Professor at UVA) and Jeffrey Spies founded the organization in January 2013, funded initially by the Laura and John Arnold Foundation and now supported by several foundations and other organizations.

The presentation is from 3-4 p.m. and a workshop will be offered from 4-5 p.m. You may attend either event or both.
