Long-time department administrative coordinator Mary Ewing retires

After 18 years of service to the University of Richmond, the Education Department celebrated the retirement of our Administrative Coordinator, Mary Ewing, in December.

Whether a student, faculty, instructor, or staff member, Mary provided critical support and assistance solving registration issues, finalizing semester schedules in BannerWeb, ordering supplies, reconciling budgets, submitting licensure paperwork to Virginia Department of Education, keeping the Education Department organized, and greeting visitors and prospective students to North Court.

We will miss her warm, always helpful work style and wish her every happiness in her retirement. Mary plans on enjoying her retirement by tending to her garden, catching new releases at the movie theater, and spending time with her granddaughter and soon-to-arrive grandson.
