Fall 2016 Think Again schedule now available online; registration opens August 16

August 4, 2016

The schedule for Fall 2016 Think Again classes is now available online. Registration for fall classes begins Tuesday, August 16th.

  • Remaining summer classes are still listed and open for registration.
  • Registration for fall classes will open at 9 AM on August 16.

The schedule includes nearly 500 classes and features some new programs such as our Global Gourmet City Series and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) certificate programs.

Our Geographic Information Systems certificate, part of our Information Systems and Security program offers a certificate in a highly-useful subject incorporating space, place, and time-based objects and attributes into the analysis of people’s and organizations’ business problems. This 12-week, hands-on journey into the practical uses of GIS software, applications, and data will give you a highly-marketable skill and a certificate to go with it.

In addition, our Global Gourmet City Series, part of our Culinary Arts programs, focuses on the cuisine of a variety of international destinations like Barcelona, Tel Aviv, and Singapore. Students will delve into the culture of a specific city and learn how to prepare meals common to the region, along with the traditions and influences associated with each style of cooking. If speaking is more your style, we also offer classes in Spanish, French, and Italian for all levels of competency.

Remember that class schedules change regularly — classes are canceled or rescheduled, filled or added — so the online schedule is the best, most accurate source of course information. Visit the schedule online at spcs.richmond.edu/thinkagain.

Look in the mail and around campus in late August for our 8-page full-color brochure highlighting courses, programs, instructors and more. Included in the brochure is an additional insert listing classes starting in the fall. This brochure is the perfect piece to share with friends and family members who are interested in noncredit programs at the University of Richmond.
