SPCS launches Customer Experience Certificate Program
The School of Professional & Continuing Studies has launched the Customer Experience Certificate Program to meet the needs of business leaders seeking to shape customer experiences with their brands and products.
The field of customer experience (CX) is growing fast and in demand. Companies delivering extraordinary customer experiences not only survive — they thrive.
New CX departments are emerging across industries and the job market is growing. Functions and roles traditionally performed by marketing, sales and operations are shifting toward new, interdisciplinary CX divisions. To grow as a leader in this profession requires practical skills and strategic vision.
The Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Richmond is a hands-on, 4-day immersion program. Participants apply principles and techniques that drive CX innovation, and seek to solve real-world challenges and use practices developed by top companies. CX experts and professional instructors guide students through each step. During the program, participants continuously build tool sets and develop their own, personalized CX Portfolio.
