Kerrissa MacPherson, '11 & GC'18, wins 10-year Jepson School alumni award

Alumni Update

Last month, Kerrissa MacPherson, '11 & GC'18, received the Jepson School of Leadership Studies 10 year Alumni Award for her work in the community on behalf of Bon Secours Richmond.

MacPherson currently serves as Program Manager for Community Health at Bon Secours Richmond, where Andrew Schoeneman, chair of the Nonprofit Studies program, notes that MacPherson “has been promoted at least once” since graduating from the Nonprofit Studies program.

The Jepson School Alumni Award was given during the school’s 30th Anniversary Gala celebration, held on September 17, 2022.

MacPherson graduated with honors from the University of Richmond in 2011 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Leadership Studies (BA) and Biology (BS). She earned a Master of Nonprofit Studies (MNS) through the School of Professional & Continuing Studies in 2018.
