Coffee, cash and cars among topics of 2017 C-Suite Conversations; UR to welcome executives from Starbucks, SunTrust and CarMax

The University of Richmond Robins School of Business’ C-Suite Conversations feature unscripted interviews with leaders from business, sports and non-profit organizations.

The fall 2017 programs include:

Sep. 26, Beto Guajardo, Starbucks

Guajardo is senior vice president of global strategy for Starbucks. He identifies new business opportunities and develops improvements to existing business practices for the company.

Oct. 12, Bill Rogers, SunTrust

Rogers is chairman and chief executive officer of SunTrust Banks, one of the nation’s largest financial services companies serving 4.8 million consumer households and business clients. Under his management, the company has had five years of consecutive growth.

Nov. 15, Bill Nash, CarMax

Nash was promoted to president and chief executive officer of CarMax in 2016. Previously, he served as executive vice president, human resources and administrative services.

All C-Suite programs begin at 8 a.m. in the Robins School of Business, Queally Hall, Ukrop Auditorium with a pre-event networking breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Programs are free and open to public but registration is required.
