CEO of The Martin Agency Headlines Spring 2022 C-Suite Conversations at the University of Richmond

Cavallo headshot UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND ─ The first female CEO of The Martin Agency will headline the spring 2022 C-Suite Conversations on April 12 at the University of Richmond Robins School of Business. 

Kristen Cavallo first joined Martin in 1998 in a planning and development role. She then became chief strategy officer and later president and chief strategy/growth officer of MullenLowe U.S. She returned to Martin in 2017 as chief executive officer, working with clients such as GEICO, Oreo, UPS, CarMax, Old Navy, Doordash, and Axe.

During her leadership, the 52-year-old agency has eliminated the wage gap, focused on tying diversity to goals, and produced double-digit growth with new clients. 

Cavallo also led The Martin Agency to two consecutive wins as Adweek’s U.S. agency of the year. It’s only the third agency to achieve consecutive winds, according to Adweek.

C-Suite Conversations, presented by the Robins School of Business and supported by PNC Bank and ChamberRVA, feature unscripted interviews with leaders from business, sports, and non-profits.  

All C-Suite programs begin at 8 a.m. in the Robins School of Business, Queally Hall, Ukrop Auditorium, with a pre-event networking breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Programs are free and open to the public, but registration is required.
