IS Projects: Online Forms for the Registrar's Office

In March 2020, the Registrar's Office needed to convert several forms from paper copies that students often filled out incorrectly, and that had to be taken around campus for authorizing signatures, and turn them into online forms that automatically verified student and course data, using a workflow engine to send the form in a sequence to all of the faculty and staff who needed to authorize the changes.
