Registration for summer 2018 Osher Institute classes is now open online!
Registration for summer 2018 classes offered by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is now open! Registration is open for all classes, and print editions are available in the Osher office and in mailboxes of members and friends.
Prospective members may purchase a membership before shopping for classes. Classes are available only to members logged in to the registration portal with their membership credentials (username and password). And if your membership has expired, don’t worry — online renewal is available as well!
The summer schedule continues to feature the Osher Series on Aging Well, a series of programs and classes that focuses on senior health, wellness, legal issues and finances. The series is funded by generous a grant from the Regirer Foundation.
We’re especially excited about the May 23 lecture by Dr. Bill Thomas titled “The Four Types of Ageism: An Ageist Society Cannot Be An Age Friendly One.” The lecture is free and open to the public, and Osher members can register themselves and their guests using the online registration portal. The event is supported by the Genworth Foundation.
If you haven’t seen the print edition of the catalog, visit the browsable print edition to view the complete catalog.
The Osher Institute invites anyone “50 or better” to become a member. Visit osher.richmond.edu for benefits of membership and to learn more about the Institute.
