University of Richmond Welcomes Community Partner-in-Residence Fellows for 2025–26 Academic Year
UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND — The University of Richmond’s Bonner Center for Civic Engagement has welcomed three community partner-in-residence fellows for the fall 2025 semester.
- Ben Blevins is the co-founder and CEO of the Highland Support Project, a committed network promoting sustainable education and emergent strategy.
- Leanne Petroziello is the officer of educational success at the Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond.
- Victoria Yeroian is the executive director of Podium, which works to empower youth ages 10-19 in Greater Richmond & the Tri Cities as confident, capable writers and communicators with the skills necessary to succeed in school, career, and life.
The residency program provides leaders in the nonprofit and public sectors with the time and resources to fuel inquiry, encouraging the exploration of creative solutions and ideas that Richmond changemakers may not have the opportunity to fully consider in their daily work.
“Hosting these community experts enriches our campus while supporting research into issues affecting our community,” said Derek Miller, associate director of community-engaged research, scholarship, and relationships with the Bonner Center for Civic Engagement. “Our community partner-in-residence fellows share their knowledge, expertise, and passion with our community, and we provide them an avenue to pursue exciting new work.”
