Online Communication Skills

Linda Hobgood is the director of UR's Speech Center and a professor in the department of rhetoric and communication. Hobgood can explain how communication is different when two individuals are not carrying on a conversation together in the same room and what you should consider in order to communicate clearly and effectively.
