Kelly Lambert, professor of behavioral neuroscience, can speak to keeping our brains healthy during times of uncertainty.
Lambert is the author of Well-Grounded: The Neurobiology of Rational Decisions, which focuses on unique aspects of decision-making and the best strategies for protecting and enhancing the brain’s ability to navigate life’s uncertainties.
Her areas of expertise include neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to compensate for injury and disease and to adjust in response to new situations or to changes in their environment.
Lambert can also speak to adapting to a remote learning environment.
