Pippa Holloway is a professor of history and chair of the history department. She is the author of Living In Infamy: Felon Disfranchisement and the History of American Citizenship. She is also the author of Sexuality, Politics, and Social Control in Virginia, 1920-1945. Holloway can speak to current issues — and provide a historical perspective— regarding voter rights.
